Forward thinking
The world is always changing, and that includes the construction industry. Construction tends to lag over other industries many times, more reluctant to change and evolve. At Clout, we embrace technology and try to stay ahead of the curve. We have partnered with Procore for the latest in project management technologies. We use Built Technologies’ lien waiver management system to electronically notarize waivers wherever it is allowed, and to issue ACH payments to our vendors and subcontractors. This process helps our subs get paid quicker, and keeps our client’s waiver liability to a minimum. Keeping our subs happy keeps them working, which makes our clients happy as well. Our office’s conference room is set up primarily and specifically for video calls, which we request to do weekly with each client. During these calls our supers can walk you through your project, showing you real time what is going on on-site. This allows for better visualization and quicker, easier, resolutions of issues that inevitably pop up in this industry.

Ultimately for a vast majority of our clients in the commercial construction industry, your projects come down to these two important items. Time = Money as they say. Our ultimate goal is to turn over a quality project, on time and on budget.
Cost Control – Clout utilizes Procore’s cost accounting program designed specifically for the construction industry. This program allows us to run many different reports, allowing for optimal cost control.
Value Engineering Process – Our day to day communication field knowledge, along with constant communication with suppliers and subcontractors, often times lets us know where we can save you money. From supply chain issues, lead times, to simply cheaper alternatives that are equally effective, we will save money & time where ever we can and pass that along to you, the client.
Scheduling– Clout Constructions first task when we are awarded a job is to create a schedule. Often times, this is done even before we are awarded as part of the bidding process. This schedule is then loaded into Procore for everyone’s access throughout the project. This schedule is updated throughout the entire project by the project team, always available live to our client. Our superintendent take daily photos, and create daily reports via Procore as well. Our goal is to be in constant contact between the jobsite, our office, and our client.
